Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is nestled in the alleys of the Jewish Quarter, a stone's throw from the Jaffa Gate and the bustling market, making it a prime location to explore the Old City of Jerusalem. The rooms are cozy yet possibly too cramped, while the service is impeccable and goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcome. However, the dining options are somewhat limited, and the basement location may not suit everyone's preference.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were basic but cozy and clean, with access to a rooftop offering a great view of the city. However, the room was rather small and a bit stuffy. The service was exceptional, with the staff being helpful, professional, communicative, and kind. The location was fantastic, centrally situated yet quiet, within the Old City surrounded by beautiful spots. The dining options were limited due to the religious area, but the grilled meats were a savory delight.
The hotel is located within the alleys of the Jewish Quarter, just 4 minutes from the Jaffa Gate and the market. The rooms, although 'compact', are adequate but might be too tiny for 3 guests without a window, requiring an extra fee for a larger room. The service was excellent, with accommodating staff always a call away and very welcoming. The location is wonderful, offering easy access to all Old City sites, though a bit tight to access due to the bed's positioning in the room. The dining experience was limited, given the religious area, but could be turned into a space for a small breakfast. Overall, a well-priced option with some room for improvement in room size and dining choices.
